Job DescriptionSupport the overall leadership and management of the in-Villa dining services of the hotel. To motivate and supervise all employees involved in the provision of In-villa dining, and ensure that the service they deliver is in line with the best Minor Hotels service standards.Participate in and lead delivery of required training for department employees to meet the needs of the business.To be aware of the best external competitor offerings in the local market, and to continually work with hotel colleagues to improve our own offerings with the goal of being the best in the market for creativity, service, choice, and value for money.To schedule and arrange private parties in rooms as per the request of the guest.

QualificationsMust have worked at least one year in F&B Service, in a supervisory position in Hotels and ResortExcellent leadership and interpersonal skillsStrongly committed to teamwork and customer serviceEye for detail to achieve operational excellenceFluency in English language
