Actalent is Hiring: IV Certified Pharmacy Technician

Location: Flower Mound, TX

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

Actalent is seeking a licensed pharmacy technician to support a busy pharmacy in a high-volume compounding role. This position offers a structured weekday schedule and the opportunity to advance your pharmacy expertise in a respected medical facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately compound sterile IV medications in compliance with USP and OSHA standardsCollaborate with team members during morning preparation, and work independently during afternoon sessionsPrepare both chemotherapy and non-chemotherapy medicationsCalculate precise dosage volumes using metric and apothecary systemsPerform routine cleaning of hoods and sterile compounding areas

Qualifications:

Active TSBP registration and IV certificationProficiency in aseptic technique and sterile compoundingOncology or high-volume IV preparation experience preferred but not requiredDemonstrated ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.
