The Role

As a Project Manager at Kyndryl, you will lead the successful delivery of major projects by managing scope, schedule, budget, and overall program execution. You will serve as the single point of contact for clients, acting as the face of Kyndryl while orchestrating cross‑functional teams to achieve seamless delivery.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining detailed project plans, coordinating workstreams, and driving team performance to meet deadlines and fulfill SLAs. You will oversee risk analysis, mitigation strategies, financial management, skills alignment, and resource planning, ensuring that every component of a project advances with efficiency and excellence.
Because plans evolve rapidly in complex environments, you must demonstrate continuous structural thinking, adaptability, and a strong sense of ownership for outcomes—not just task completion.
Communication is at the heart of this job. As the central connector between clients, partners, technical teams, and stakeholders, you will ensure clear alignment, timely updates, and proactive engagement. You will cultivate strong, empathetic, yet assertive relationships, effectively navigating customer expectations and change requests with diplomacy.
The role also provides significant opportunities for relationship building, networking, and collaboration in multicultural and multilingual settings. In some engagements, you may work directly onsite with customers, gaining deeper insight into their needs and driving impactful value delivery.

Required Technical and Professional Experience

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager leading large, complex technology or ITSM‑related projects.

Hands-on experience working with ITSM tools such as  ServiceNow or Helix

Strong understanding of Incident, Problem, and Change Management best practices.

ITIL Certification.

Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).

Demonstrated experience leading teams of 10+ people, including cross-functional or matrixed teams.

Experience running cadence meetings, project governance sessions, status reporting, and stakeholder updates.


Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

SRE Fundamentals knowledge or certification.

Experience working in multicultural, multilingual environments.

Previous roles requiring direct customer interaction or embedded client work.
