Relevant IT Diploma/ Degree and ITIL4 Foundation certification would be advantageous. Experience on working on best practice tools (Xurrent, ServiceNow, Manage Engine, Jira etc). At least 1 year working experience with Javascript and HTML.  Automations and integrations experience is advantageous. Process Management e.g., Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, Configuration Management, Contract Management, Knowledge Management and Project Management. Business Analysis skills would be advantageous. Communication skills, detailed-orientated and willingness to learn. Based in Durban.
