The ITS team plays a vital role in ensuring smooth business and ITS operations and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers and partners. We're a collaborative team committed to excellence, continuous improvement, and supporting our companies’ mission.

Main responsibilities:

Managing network switches, routers, backbones, Vlans, WLAN(Aruba Wlan controller and APs) infrastructuresManaging Firewalls for Internal security and being familiar to interVLAN securityBeing a familiar to internet securityKnowledge of AAA Radius Tacacs configuration on Cisco DevicesExpert in TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, switching, firewall, VPN and network SecurityImproving performance, latency and redundancy of the networkPlanning and implementing changes on the network infrastructurePlanning and working on the network strategy with managementAssisting with the documentation of critical and routine technical proceduresAssisting infrastructure projects, GxP change processes, documentation processes and SOP regulationsPlanning and execution of Disaster Recovery (DR) scenariosTracking network assets such as licenses, warranties, and maintenance contractsProviding technical support for audit and internal control processesAnalyze network requirements during the commissioning of new systems and applications, prepare solution architecture, and work with vendors or global teamsFollowing up KPIs, and performance metrics to ensure high productivityAlarm and alert management for Network (integration with monitoring tools)

About you

Experience:

Significant experience in industrial ITS within an international environmentMinimum 4 years of experience

Soft skills:

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracyStrong organizational and time management abilitiesEffective communication and stakeholder collaboration skillsProblem-solving mindset with a proactive approachAbility to work independently and as part of a team

Technical skills:

Expertise on Aruba Wlan InfrastructureExpertise on Cisco L2/L3 DevicesExpertise on Network security and corporate Firewall Management

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technologies, or a related field

Languages:

Fluency in Turkish and advanced English skills
