All duties listed below are essential unless noted otherwise1. Works with application owners to determine application deployment needs and builds deployments based upon those needs.
2. Assists with the day-to-day maintenance and administration of back-office systems such as Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manger (MECM).
3. Maintains appropriate and current documentation, including configuration and change management.
4. Prepares project status reports for customers and management during deployments.
5. Supplies weekly overall status report to manager including progress, achievements, problems, and steps being taken to resolve problems.
6. Maintains an attitude of continuous process improvement. Proactively identifies process and technical improvements that will minimize incidents and disruptions, reduce costs, and/or improve capacity and availability.
7. Responds to and resolves assigned support calls. Investigates, resolves and documents incidents and problems in a timely manner.
8. Provides support for on-site and off hour availability on 24/7 as part of an on-call rotation with other team members.
9. Attends any applicable meetings associated with workload.
10. Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Skills: Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manger or System Center Configuration Manager

Salary Range: $57,200 - $139,256
