ITS Country Partner

This role acts as the primary bridge between IT and local country management, ensuring the successful implementation of global IT strategies and driving technology adoption at the local level. The individual will also liaise with responsible teams for proper IT service delivery, manage escalations, and ensure alignment with SLAs while articulating local needs to global teams. This position requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and leadership skills to align IT initiatives with business goals effectively. Overall
responsibility will cover FME Poland, FME Czech and FME Slovakia.

Qualifications:
+ Vocationaltraining,universitydegree,PhD,MBA,specializedfurthereducationetc.
+ Bachelor’sdegreeinComputerScience,InformationTechnology,BusinessAdministration,orarelatedfield.
+ AMaster’sdegreeorMBAispreferredbutnotmandatory.
+ 7-8yearsofexperienceinITprogram/projectmanagement,ITServicemanagement,Project/Programmanagement, business partnering or in an equivalent position.
+ Communication:Excellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills,withtheabilitytoarticulatetechnicalconceptstonon-technical stakeholders
+ StakeholderManagement:Stronginterpersonalskillstobuildrelationshipswithlocalmanagement,vendors,andglobalITteams.
