We’re looking for an experienced ITS Civil Leading Hand to join our high-performing Construction and Maintenance Team in Brisbane. If you're ready to lead crews and take the next step in your civil construction career, this is your opportunity to work on Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS), traffic signals, and road lighting across current and future infrastructure projects.

 

What you’ll bring

 

MR Licence (essential)Minimum 3 years’ experience in ITS, traffic signals, and road lightingProven leadership experience managing crews or multiple teamsSkilled in civil labouring and concreting (slabs, fixtures, fittings, footings)Knowledge of plant operation (highly regarded)Experience with local council or QLD TMR projectsStrong understanding of relevant council and TMR specifications and standardsConfident in mentoring apprentices, coordinating subcontractors, and reviewing qualityCommitted to safety and Zero Harm principles
