CentralPreludeCadence will have primary responsibility for design buildconfiguration testing validation and ongoing supporttroubleshooting of the Epic Grand CentralCadence modules and other identified associated applications They will be responsible for leading major application related projects and initiatives as well as obtaining and maintaining an in depth knowledge of the application functionality and acquiringutilizing knowledge of operational workflows used with the Epic systemThe Analyst will follow internal CareConnect build change control and issue management policies and procedures They will complete in depth and precise investigation and documentation of operational specifications and application functionality to deliver on expected outcomes Attention to detail and customer focus are critical skills for this position Successful candidates enjoy helping others learn and adopt usage of the application They will work closely with Patient Access and Revenue Cycle Systems system vendors consultants all CareConnect applications teams and technical services to troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests in a timely mannerFocus Areas Patient Scheduling RegistrationAdmissions Eligibility Bed Planning Logistics ReferralsResponsibilities Regularly participatesleads initiatives in Project Discovery Work Groups and Focus GroupsRegularly participates and leads weekly team meetings to discuss team and project related activities issues changes communications and updatesAnalyzes workflow decisions and how they translate into application configurations to ensure system design reflects decisionsAnticipates and provides solutions to problems with the necessary priorities Presents solution to operational leaders within respective teamareaStrong knowledge of application level securityLeads and assists in the development and documentation of Standard Work Processes that will be used to support the applicationCollaborates with vendor resources plays an active role in managing the technical build and issue resolutionContributes in the preparation design and execution of testing scripts and materials and performs unit system and integrated testing tasksDocuments and maintains all required system design and build documents and configures system accordinglyCreate maintain andor modify application reports and dashboardsCreate maintain andor modify application work queuesMaintain current knowledge of technology by attending appropriate continuing education trainingseminars and reading related periodicalsSuggests new and optimizes existing teamapplication specific workflows or best practicesPlays a large role in managingleading implementation of application owned projectsParticipates and leads new implementation installation of cross team projectsPerforms in depth analysis of workflows data collection report details and other technical issues associated with the use of their respective systemPerforms other duties as
