ITR Business Development & Operations Support
We are looking talents who specialist in Forwarding/logistic commercial knowledge to join our International Road Freight (ITR) team.

This role will be acting as business development to develop Road Fight potential new customer business and build ITR related sales pipeline in the Malaysia & Singapore.

Apart from this, manage the development of profitable revenue growth through maintaining and developing existing customer and ensure common understanding of service expectations and solutions, both with the customer and ITR Country and Regional Office.

The role require to execute the below tasks and initiative:

Acquiring new customer business with solutions to identify the highest profit potential                                                                                                       Build, maintain, manage and is responsible for the ITR related sales pipeline in the MY & SG                                                                                                      Develop key customer relations at Country level                                                                                                     Undertake key leadership role in top level sales initiatives to increase share of wallet for ITR customers                                                                                                                Maintain and maximize growth potential of existing customers                                                                                                        Creates leads and follows sales opportunities within Customers                                                                                                       Visit customers directly, and spends at least half of his/her time in front of the customer                                                                                                         Respond and is central responsible for all ITR related Customers’ RFI, RFQ and Tenders within CT                                                                                                      Build executive relationships within the assigned accounts, respond to customer needs, enquiries and complaints                                                                                                          Lead and manage customer presentations and proposals, ensuring there is a common understanding of service expectations and solutions, both with the customer and ITR Country and Regional Office Create a competitive advantage for the customer in his business and price for value on behalf of DHL offering all service across BU’s                                                                                                                    Manage the development of profitable revenue growth through maintaining and developing existing customers                                                                                                       Implement account strategy and work closely with the customers and operations team to deliver high quality service                                                                                                              Provide customers specific advice/information to country Key Account Managers to facilitate business performance review business planning and decision making                                                                           Maintain good communication and working relationship with all units                                                                                                          Co-ordinate with all stakeholders as well as with different business units to deliver quality service to customers                                                                                                                                           

To be successful in this role, we are expecting the below:

Possess Bachelor Degree in Logistic or any equivalent academic background/ experience that in depth forwarding knowledge (preferable operational experience in road freight) Min above 3 years working experience in the road freight, logistics, or freight forwarding industry especially in Malaysia & Singapore Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay, proficiency in Chinese will be add value Familiar in Software skills (excellent in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel & Outlook) Attention to detail, independent and ability to work under pressure and in a team. Good in time management including strong initiative and high achievement motivation, as well as analytical and project management skills. Strategic thinking capabilities and Entrepreneurial flexible attitude
