Job Description:

The ITOM/CMDB Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, management, and optimization of IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes and the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), typically on platforms like ServiceNow

Lead CMDB architecture and build standardized data models (e.g., CSDM) in ServiceNow
Maintain accuracy, integrity, and completeness of CMDB data; audit configuration items (CIs) and remediate gaps
Design, implement, and support integrations between CMDB and other IT/enterprise systems.
Develop and implement automated workflows for ITOM (Discovery, Event Mgmt, Orchestration, Service Mapping).
