As the Commercial 4P Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales and financial goals for the portfolio, maximizing sales by managing the product life cycle, the channel and the sales pipeline.
Ideally you will have product marketing and sales experience in IT industry, ability to articulate a thorough sales strategy, potential to collaborate across multiple teams such as relationship sales, channel sales, web sales, marketing, and finance in order to achieve the financial goals of your assigned products.

Create and drive the Commercial PC strategyResponsible for Market Share, Revenue, P&L of Commercial PC CategoryPlan and execute quarterly sales-in/sales-outAchieve quarterly aged and exit inventory targetsShape the commercial product line up by selecting the right products and configurations from the Global Lenovo product portfolioMarket and competitive analysis to identify and prioritize opportunities to further develop the businessCommunicate and present portfolio and product updates to the sales teamIdentify growth areas for SMB, PS and Enterprise BusinessClose cooperation with the EMEA 4P team Position Requirements:
10+ years of relevant experience in similar roleTeam leadership and team playerStrategic business planning and creative problem solver approachCan do attitude, Customer focus, Excellent time managementOutstanding analytical thinking and financial acumenMS Office, very strong in ExcelHigh level of flexibility, self-reliance and proactivityFluent verbal and written communications in English
