How will you make an impact?
When you’re part of the team at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you’ll do important work, like helping customers in finding cures for cancer, protecting the environment or making sure our food is safe.
As a Back Office Representative, you will be part of a diverse team that speaks over 12 languages and build a friendly and upbeat working environment. This position is an excellent fit for people who enjoy working in an international setting, where a wide range of administrative tasks are fulfilled. Based at our Shared Service Center in Budapest, your team provides internal support to Thermo Fisher partners and the field service engineer team, and delivers professional service and excellence in a diverse back-office environment.
What will you do?
Take ownership of order management process activitiesCreate tickets in ticketing tool and place the installation order in SAPAssign and schedule Engineers to the field if requiredSupervise status of installation ordersMaintain and develop excellent relationship with different departmentsDocument and track all required information and daily dataManage the process for advanced inquiries and complaints to resolutionProvide expertise, guidance and support to colleagues as necessaryBuild and maintain relationship with field service technicians, sales department, dispatching team and additional accounts within the business unit.Help in evaluating processes and related optimizations to increase efficiencyHow will you get there?
2+ years’ customer service experience in a multicultural environment is preferredRequires a high school diploma or a Government Body award. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferredFluency of the English Language both written and verbal is essentialItalian language knowledge is requiredCompetent Microsoft Office user (Especially Excel and Outlook)Strong written and verbal communication skillsGood problem-solving skills and result oriented approachDisplay attention to detail and accuracy in the workplaceProcess improvement demeanorGood organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectivelyMust demonstrate judgment, tact, and diplomacy in dealing with internal and external customersExperience with SAP, C4S preferred but not essentialWhat We Offer:
