IT Vendor Relationship Manager
**Responsibilities** + Foster strong relationship to ensure alignment and collaboration with vendor and IT business partners. + Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned vendors. + Monitor vendor performance; utilize vendor scorecards, key performance indicators, and service levelagreements to ensure accountability and continuous improvement. + On board and off board vendor partners as relationships require to ensure quality processes are maintained. + Lead Quarterly Business Reviews to define opportunities for improvement, maintain positive relationshipmanagement, and plan for future management needs. + Partner with IT business leaders in defining strategy and alignment of vendor partners. + Identify opportunities for vendor consolidation, cost savings, and strategic partnerships to enhance IT servicedelivery. + Drive management of vendor-related budgets, cost control initiatives, and contract negotiations toward financialefficiency and value realization. + Resolve issues with vendor relationships, and manage escalations. + Remote eligible. Employees may be required to perform other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** + Bachelors Other IT, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field and 7-9 years related IT, Vendor Management, or Supply Chain experience + Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build consensus among diverse stakeholdersat all levels of the organization + Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, drive results, and adapt to evolving priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. + Strategic mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information, identify trends, and anticipate future challenges and opportunities + Google Product Suite experience and utilization + ServiceNow experience **Overview** At the heart of CommonSpirit Health's ministry are the national office departments that provide the foundational support, resources, and expertise that empower local communities to focus on what they do best—caring for patients.
