IT Trade Floor Support
Job Description Insight Global is seeking a support-focused IT professional to join a high-impact trading floor team. This role is designed for someone in IT support, particularly within equity execution platforms. The successful candidate will act as a first responder to trader issues—like a firefighter—ensuring that trading operations run smoothly and efficiently. Skills and Requirements 3+ years of experience in IT support, ideally within trading or financial services. Hands-on support experience with equity execution platforms such as FIDESSA, DASHEMXS, HORIZON, and AKA HMM. Ability to troubleshoot trade-related issues including: Trades not flowing into booking systems. Missing trades in trader books. Trade search and cancellation actions (e.g., in NSE). Strong understanding or interest in financial instruments like securities and bonds, and how referential data impacts trading. Exposure to trade lifecycle and booking systems. Experience using ServiceNow for incident tracking and resolution. Real-time user support in a fast-paced, trader-facing environment. Excellent communication skills and a user-first mindset. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively. Experience documenting procedures and known issues in Confluence. Collaboration with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Knowledge of Foreign Exchange (FX) trading and systems.
