We are searching for the best talent for **IT Test Automation Intern** to be in **Santa Clara, CA.**
+ The Intern term is from June to August, 2026.
+ Full time requirement (40 hours per week).
**Purpose:**
As an IT Intern - Test Automation, you will gain practical experience supporting QA in testing integration and enterprise applications. The intern will work with Opkey, a no-code test automation tool to validate Oracle ERP processes and Boomi integrations. This internship provides hands-on experiences with enterprise systems, automation best practices and real-world business workflows.
**You will be responsible:**
+ Assist in designing, executing, and maintaining automated test cases using Opkey.
+ Support testing of Oracle ERP modules by understanding various business processes.
+ Validate Boomi integration workflows between Oracle ERP and other enterprise systems.
+ Execute integration and regression test cycles and maintain test documentation, data and execution reports.
+ Analyze test results, identify defects and document issues.
+ Collaborate with various IT team members and support continuous improvement of test automation coverage.
**Qualifications / Requirements:**
+ Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required.
+ Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree a relevant degree program (Computer Science, Information Technology, computer and Electrical engineering, or related fields.
+ Have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework.
+ IT systems, SDLC and processes, Proficiency in Microsoft office suite, basic understanding of automation tools (requirement), Oracle ERP (plus)
+ Basic understanding of IT systems, SDLC and processes.
+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
+ Basic understanding of test automation tools.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
+ Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.
The expected pay range for this position is between $26.50 per hour and $59.00 per hour but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. Co-Ops/Interns are eligible to participate in Company sponsored employee medical benefits in accordance with the terms of the plan. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible for the following sick time benefits: up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington, up to 56 hours per calendar year. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension).
