Creating the block volumes and attaching them to the servers. Maintaining the backups of boot and block volumes of the servers Creating Load Balancers. IAM on Oracle cloud Database Administration, Solution design, Database Migration and manageability for Mission Critical Enterprise Applications in Datacentre and Cloud Deployments Experience in End to End Database Migration from On-Prem to Cloud Infrastructure including Virtual Network Design, routing rules, security groups, Instance creation, and database deployment. Highly experienced in the implementation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting and Upgradation of Oracle Applications R12. Oracle DBA should have experience on database upgrade from 11g to 19c, production support, cross platform migration. Must have the ability to upgrade and migrate databases from one platform to another using various tools like Oracle Data Pump, RMAN and TTS/XTTX and execute migrations using such tools. Experience in Oracle EBS upgrade from 11i to Release 12.2 environments on various platforms. At least 1 or 2 upgrade / migration exp. of E-Business suite environments ( On-prem /OCI) Good to have: Cloning and patching experience in R12.1 R12.2 including database. Experienced in installation and managing middleware components like Oracle WebLogic server, OID etc. Good Conceptual knowledge of Oracle RDBMS internals, Backup Recovery using RMAN, performance tuning, logical and physical design of database. Experience working in an enterprise environment and supporting critical production databases and applications. Experience in installing, configuring, upgrading and administering different versions of Oracle Database. Strong experience working as an Oracle Applications DBA in 12.x versions. Solid understanding of the product architecture and ability to analyze and solve issues across multiple layers of the stack. Exposure to RAC and ASM Administration. Good written/Verbal Communication, Presentation, Interactive skills with team across geography. Flexible to work either independently or work in tandem with Cloud Infrastructure team to identify and implement the most efficient cloud-based solutions for the company. Hands-on experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager. Troubleshooting memory related errors with Oracle 12c and Patching with RAC and Non RAC. Provide support for Oracle database environments that include problem identification, reporting, tracking, analysis, and resolution. Strong shell scripting knowledge. Good knowledge of PL/SQL.
