Job Seekers, Please send resumes to resumes@hireitpeople.com Detailed Job Description: Bachelor s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, CIS, Engineering, or Equivalent 10+ years of related work experience in the Business Intelligence area Strong business and analytical skills including direct interaction with business end users for requirements analysis 5+ years of MicroStrategy Platform administration and upgrade experience Expert knowledge on monitoring, supporting and maintaining the MicroStrategy platform, including performance, security, stability, data integrity, object migration and task automation Experience with MicroStrategy Intelligence Server, MicroStrategy Developer, MicroStrategy Architect and MicroStrategy Web, Mobile and Collaboration in configuring the system as well as in maintaining it at the Enterprise level Experience with MicroStrategy query troubleshooting, performance tuning using Very Large Data Base (VLDB) settings and admin tools such as Object Manager, Command Manager, Enterprise Manager, Integrity Manager Develop mechanisms and automation for deploying, migration, upgrading or refreshing MicroStrategy projects and configuration changes across the various environments Expert knowledge with implementing and maintaining security integration with 3rd party authentication providers and SSO/Server Authentication setup Extensive experience with upgrading the MicroStrategy platform on both Windows and Unix environments, on - premise and cloud Guidance on deployment of MicroStrategy objects through the SDLC from Development to UAT to Production environments Proficiency in technologies to support agile development and CI/CD Solid ability to document requirement specifications and any related designs Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with customers
