Must Have

Experience in setting up and upgrading laptops/desktops Experience working with Windows OS 7 and 10, ability to install patches/upgrades/fixes to servers Excellent oral and written communication skills to provide over-the-shoulder support to field users, typically in a L1 User Support/ L2 application support environment Willing to work in a 24/7 near real-time environment and also be available to work 12-hour shifts on-need basis (storm situation) ensuring high availability of systems Able to coordinate with product vendor(s) and other IT stakeholders for releases, ability to coordinate and perform upgrades/patches/fixes

Preferred

Experience in setting up and upgrading Panasonic tough books Experience in device packaging of applications Experience working with power shell scripting, VB Scripting, windows batch file scripting  Understanding of Utilities domain and Mobile Workforce business processes
