Detailed Job Description:

Coordinate with various application teams or stakeholders to identify, define and document the gaps and impact for both upstream and downstream applications. Provide support for the jobs and applications in scope by meeting the SLA and other metrics defined for the project Coordinate between client team and internal onshore/offshore teams, if any, as part of project execution Knowledge of Agile projects Takes care of the production support and hyper care activities. Ensure proper documentation, standards, reviews are followed at each stage of the project lifecycle Excellent communication skills and capability to engage with customers and stakeholders
