24/7 onsite support in the following areas:

Enduser support focused to production systems and infrastructure         

Ensures proactive support of HW, SW and LAN in produsction area        

Installation of new/ replaced HW and SW in production area                                  

Coordination of external partners and supliers

Cooperation with central IT and Engineering Teams on project tasks and activities

Proactive communication with key-users of respective production systems          

Kvalifikace

English language: B2

Bachelor degree in IT field or experience with IT service-related field
