Installing new software Installing new hardware (servers , printers, computer work Stations etc.) Setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords Overseeing security of all systems, especially the internet. Installing anti-virus protection Fixing network faults Technical knowledge on new IT systems Day to day admin and monitoring of networks use Planning future improvements Suggesting IT solutions to business problems Making sure all IT meets industry standards GRN stock into IQ Retail System Be able to conduct a stock take, with the operations manager, accounting manager and customs manager to put inventory in line within the system (i.e. stock control) Generate Stock Movements from warehouse(s) to store(s) Draw stock reports, MIS reports, accounting reports, and HR reports (if any) Be able to give IT support to all departments when necessary Anything else within the scope of IT work that the company may require
