You will oversee service providers, ensuring effective service delivery and define and execute the infrastructure related strategy for workplace technologies regarding technology as well as operations with your team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a global team responsible for Data Center and Virtualization OperationsManage service providers to ensure effective service deliveryDefine and execute infrastructure strategy for Data Center Operations ( Hypervisor Architecture, Vmware Virtualization, Backup & Storage, Windows & Linux )Lead key Virtualization, Server systems and Infrastructure related projects, including M&A integrations and infrastructure carve-outsLead infrastructure design and architecture reviews, especially involving hypervisors and virtualization platforms.Define and prioritize central & locations on-prem infrastructure initiatives based on business needs and impact.Oversee day-to-day operations and health of the data center, virtual infrastructure, storage systems, and backup solutions.Drive innovation by piloting new solutions to enhance collaboration and efficiency.QualificationsQualifications:
Minimum of 8+ years of job experience in IT infrastructure, including at least 3 years in leadership in a corporate environment.Deep understanding of Virtualization systems, enterprise backup and storage technologies, Hypervisor architectureProven track record in leading cross-functional teams and driving service delivery in diverse business environments.Experience in managing IT operations, including budget planning and vendor management across global teamsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in workplace technologies or IT service management are a plus.Strong leadership and people management skills, including experience in mentoring and developing team members.Creative problem-solving skills with a track record of implementing innovative solutions to complex IT challenges.Proficiency in project management methodologiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Additional InformationWhat we offer:
