We are counting on you to be a trusted Talent Advisor, applying your extensive industry knowledge and recruiting expertise to align with our enterprise and business strategies. Your deep expertise in market trends, competitive talent landscapes, and diversity in candidate pools will empower you to deliver an exceptional candidate experience while engaging critical talent pools. In this strategic role, you will be instrumental in influencing outcomes and fostering close communication with hiring managers. You will share best practices and adopt an employee and customer-focused approach to deeply understand their needs, facilitating the effective attraction, selection, and development of a robust, diverse talent pipeline that aligns with organizational and functional HR strategies and drives business results. **You will be responsible for** **:** + **Strategic Recruitment:** Serve as a strategic Recruiter/Talent Advisor for Enterprise Functions (specially but not limited to IT roles), establishing synergistic relationships with hiring managers. Provide recommendations and talent insights using deep technical knowledge, market expertise, and a strong professional network. + **Data-Driven Decision Making:** Utilize technology to capture market insights, trends and business data to recommend diverse candidate pools to hiring managers and stakeholders, adapting to the fast-paced demands of the industry. + **Talent Strategy Development** : Grasp the strategic direction of the business along with talent strategies and workforce planning requirements to craft comprehensive proactive plans that address those needs. + **Subject Matter Expertise** : Act as a subject matter expert within the TA function, delivering insights and expertise regarding market trends, organizational structures, and ongoing business strategies. Influence hiring decisions that enhance the quality of hires and showcasing technical acumen + **Digital Sourcing Strategies:** Actively employ both internal and external digital platforms to develop and implement creative sourcing strategies, build balanced candidate pipelines, and cultivate meaningful relationships. + **End-to-End Recruitment Ownership:** Manage the entire recruiting process, leveraging advanced technologies to ensure the efficiency of sourcing, recruiting, assessment, offer, onboarding, and communication processes. Aim to foster a positive candidate experience and uphold employer equity. **Qualifications** + A bachelor’s degree is required. + A minimum of 4 years of experience in an in-house recruiting environment or agency setting. + Strong preference for experience as an IT recruiter and/or head-hunting firm + Fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory; Spanish is a plus. + Strong analytical skills with a proven capacity to translate data into actionable insights. + Proven ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively. + Excellent interpersonal communication and influencing skills. + A keen business acumen with the ability to assess market trends and needs. + Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and prioritize tasks efficiently.
