Managing end to end recruitment process for digital hiring **About you** · Extensive experience sourcing and hiring highly technical talent, including Software Engineers and Developers as a minimum · Knowledge of technical communities like Kaggle, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and how to effectively source talent from these platforms · Exceptional networking skills and an outstanding network of world class tech talent .
