Your new role
We are looking for an experienced System Manager to cover systems on our complex Information and Operational Technology (IT/OT) landscape for a state of the art greenfield manufacturing facility located in Kalundborg, called M3. As a System Manager, you will play a crucial role in operating and maintaining IT systems used in API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) manufacturing. In this position you will ensure that the implementation, testing, and validation of the IT/OT Systems and interfaces meets all compliance and regulatory requirements during the project and once in operations. You will work closely with your colleagues in the M3 IT, Automation, and Robotics team and the engineering partner on the project, NNE. You will balance the practical nature of working with various IT/OT Systems with the quality mindset required when working with GMP systems.
Day-to-day your tasks will include:
Systematically maintaining documentation to ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory frameworks.
Performing reviews and driving life cycle management to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.
Support the M3 project activities and administration related to IT/OT Systems and interfaces.
Running small projects to ensure that our cross-site IT system meet production and external requirements.
Managing the expectations of customers, system owners, end-users, quality assurance personnel, and other key stakeholders.
Collaborating with vendors to ensure deliverables and services are by agreements.

Due to the fast pace of project life, our team is very dynamic and is able to shift priorities in order to support project milestones.
Your skills and qualifications
To succeed in this position, we expect that you:
Have a bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Science, a similar field, relevant experience.
Have 3+ years of relevant experience in IT system administration or in IT system management
Have experience in some for the following: risk management, user access management, change and release management, archiving and retention, and periodic system evaluation (PSE).
Have knowledge of and experience in the life science industry, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is an added advantage.
Are fluent in English, both written and spoken is a requirement.
As a person, you have a structured approach to challenges. You enjoy working with documentation and possess a quality mindset. You like to collaborate with stakeholders of different professions, and your communication and interpersonal skills are exceptional.
