Summary:

We are looking for a new joiner in our IT Operations and Services team supporting our Horsham and Crawley sites. The main purpose of this role is GxP IT support with specialised focus in core infrastructure, commercial infrastructure and IOT support. We work in close collaboration with Engineering, Quality, and Validation teams to align on system validation standards for use in computer systems as well as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) and SOX.

Key Responsibilities:Work in compliance with regulatory, global, and site quality guidelines, Follow procedures accurately in accordance with Standard Operating ProceduresEnsure changes to electronic systems are fully documented and performed in a controlled manner, and Develop qualification documentation (CC, IQ’s, OQ’s, PQ’s, etc.)Coordinate with project vendors to support and build site systems to align with company standards.Support site manufacturing and commercial systems (training will be provided)Forge good vendor relationships and collaborate with vendors on providing IT system support and assist in resolving issuesAdministration of Backup routine, including monitoring, restoration of files, tape changes, rotation and labelling.Administration of Active Directory, Windows' security patches, Anti-virus software including ensuring pattern files are successfully updated for isolated network devices.Diagnose and resolve issues, identify risks and perform disaster recovery development and testingSupport and communicate with end users, and respond to ServiceNow ticketsRequirements/Qualifications:Ability in working with customers to identify business and technical requirements and implement efficient technical solutionsExperience with GMP and/or with deploying, maintaining, and developing validated systems in regulated healthcare environmentsComprehensive understanding of IT processes and standards related to computers, infrastructure, virtualisation, and cloud technologiesProficiency in Windows, Linux, and network device management system administrationExperience with virtual environment technology such as VMWare or HyperV and with backup technologies such as Veeam, AvamarExpertise in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues on GxP PCs and third-party applications engage functional teams as neededDynamic self-starter approach, with excellent problem-solving skills and capable of working on multiple complex projects.What We Offer:A varied workday and ability to work with a large network of colleagues and vendorsThe benefit of a personal development plan and ongoing support from managerConstant learning and the ability to expand the role.
