YOUR DAY TO DAY
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and ensure IT solutions support business objectives.Support localization and integration of global solutions, maintaining data consistency and compliance with operational requirements.Proactively identify gaps in the IT portfolio, propose suitable solutions, and support the implementation in alignment with demand management processes.Support deployment of IT solutions within the Operations domain, including involvement in development activities to ensure compliance with standards and integration with global/core solutions.Provide maintenance and operational support for core and local systems, delivering IT services in accordance with Service Management processes and KPIs.Support tracking of external resources and project budgets in alignment with Central IT guidelines.Participate in projects and contribute to the implementation of IT solutions and digital initiatives, including those supporting Industry 4.0 and leveraging AI and data to improve processes.Gather and document functional and technical requirements, coordinate change requests, and maintain accurate solution documentation.Support continuous improvement and optimization of IT services while contributing to digital capability building within the Operations organization.Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and procedures to maintain quality, security, and regulatory adherence across all solutions and services.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Automation & Robotics, Engineering, or equivalent.Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in developing, deploying, and supporting IT systems; experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Quality Assurance is an asset.Understanding of key IT Service Management processes (e.g., ITIL). Proven experience working with MS SQL, MS SSRS, .NET programming, and familiarity with MS Windows Server & Client environments.Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).Customer-driven approach with ability to work in a challenging business environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.Ability to work individually and collaboratively in an international environment.
Will be an advantage:
Experience in Project Management and IT methodologies such as Agile and DevOps.Familiarity with business processes in Manufacturing and understanding of MES, LES, and SCADA systems.Knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts, IoT, and cloud platforms (AWS experience is a plus).Experience with data-driven solutions (Power BI, Cloud Computing, Industrial IoT, Machine Learning, or AI).
