IT Systems Administrator
Job Description A large manufacturing client in the Siloam Springs AR area is looking for an IT Systems Administrator to join their growing team. This person will work in a large manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for working through various daily tickets, ranging from 2-5 per day all the way up to 20-25 a day. These tickets cover a wide range of issues, including user support for desktops, printers, label printers, mobile devices, and manufacturing system stations. When you are not working through tickets, you will be responsible for project-based work. This consists of building or imaging new hardware, desktops, doing refreshes, and completing documentation for the work you have done. This group works on devices anywhere from desktops and printers to networking and server issues, as well as mobile device troubleshooting. You will apply basic network fundamentals for Level 2 end-user support.
