This role is responsible for managing day-to-day technology operations, ensuring secure and efficient performance of systems, and supporting staff with hardware, software, and networking needs. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, solution-focused, and capable of collaborating with both internal users and external vendors to keep technology running smoothly and aligned with organizational goals. Responsibilities:   Oversee daily IT operations including system performance, security, and availability.Develop, implement, and maintain IT procedures, policies, and strategies to support organizational objectives.Manage service requests through a ticketing system, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.Provide technical support for staff including device setup, troubleshooting, and user training.Coordinate user provisioning, account management, and access permissions for applications and systems.Support network infrastructure, system upgrades, and hardware/software deployments.Collaborate with vendors to evaluate, procure, and integrate new technology solutions.Monitor system functionality, recommend improvements, and implement best practices.Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and asset inventories.Assist with IT budgeting, purchasing, and vendor negotiations. Qualifications and Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).2+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or related role.Experience working with service desk/ticketing systems.Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems, and end-user device management.Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to support users of varying technical levels.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening. Work Authorization & Employment Status Requirement: Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
