Job DescriptionAs a system consultant for video streaming, you will be part of the international Bosch Tube Team responsible for consulting on the IT architecture around the Bosch Tube service and product portfolio as well as the conceptual implementation.
You support the Product and Service Manager (PSM) and coordinate the extended, globally distributed teams.
Part of your job is to ensure that the various products and services are well integrated into the customer environment solution landscape.
In addition, you will advise customers on the service and product portfolio of Bosch Tube, carry out needs analyses with customer representatives and develop together with UX experts, communication and training departments customized training programs and advertising campaigns.
You are creative and shape the future of Bosch Tube architecture and its development life cycle to promote innovative business models.
You carry out evaluations and tests of new components, support the evaluation and piloting of subcomponents and services and accompany their introduction into productive operation.
You advise, support and accompany customers at live streaming events in the context of major events and carry them out in coordination with other Bosch units and external service providers.

Education: completed university degree in computer science, telecommunications or a comparable qualification
Experience: Experience with video and audio transmission over IP networks, media technology and UCC platforms; several years of relevant professional experience in product and service development; practiced in the presentation of results to stakeholders at different hierarchical levels; Experience with customer support and service management according to ITIL standards
Knowledge: knowledge of the current state of the art on the market; Knowledge of the basics of telecommunications including streaming and network protocols (RTMP, SRT, SIP, RTP, IP, TCP, UDP)
Personality: responsible, proactive, communicative, intercultural, team-oriented
Commitment: Enthusiasm and passion for UCC technology; Willingness to help shape the working environment of several thousand customers worldwide
Languages: Very good English spoken and written
Working Permit: A valid working permit for Spain is mandatory for this position. Please note that sponsorship for visas is not granted for this role.
