This role is based in Bintaro.

Responsible for managing, monitoring, and securing IT infrastructure within data centre environments. Ensures system availability, performance, and protection of critical assets against cyber threats while maintaining operational continuity.

Responsibilities :

System Administration

Manage and maintain data center servers, storage systems, and network infrastructure. Monitor system performance and resource utilization, implementing optimization measures. Execute backup and disaster recovery procedures to ensure business continuity.

Security Management

Implement and maintain security controls including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention system), and access management.

Infrastructure Operations

Maintain physical and virtual server environments. Manage network connectivity, routing, switching, and load balancing.

Monitoring and Incident Response

Provide 24/7 monitoring of critical systems and security events. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Participate in on-call rotation for emergency response. Conduct post-incident reviews and implement preventive measures.

Qualifications :

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.

Experience: 3-5 years in IT systems administration and security, preferably in data canter environments.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in server operating systems, virtualization technologies, network protocols, security tools and technologies
