IT System Analyst

Position Responsibilities:
+ Analyze, design, implement, and maintain Information Technology (IT) service management processes and systems as an IT System Analyst to optimize service delivery, aligning with business needs and collaborating with stakeholders to drive improvements and ensure compliance with best practices
+ Evaluate current IT service management (ITSM) processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and design optimized solutions that enhance service efficiency and quality
+ Collaborate with IT service teams to develop and implement ITSM processes, including incident, problem, change, service, and request management
+ Support and maintain ITSM platforms, troubleshoot issues, and implement system updates and enhancements to ensure seamless operation and process automation
+ Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into key IT service performance metrics, such as SLA compliance, incident response times, and service availability
+ Lead the analysis of recurring incidents and problems to identify root causes and develop long-term solutions that prevent future occurrences
+ Remain current with emerging trends and technologies in IT service management and research opportunities to enhance IT service delivery through the adoption of new tools, processes, and best practices
+ Travel up to 25%
+ Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor’s Degree and 1 to 2 plus years of related experience in IT service management, systems analysis, or related IT field or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 5 plus years of specific experience in IT service management, systems analysis, or a related IT field Agile and ITSM platforms, etc., ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, etc. experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor’s Degree
+ Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and processes
