Description:The FORCE Coordinator will serve as a liaison between the Space team and the FORCE team, ensuring effective communication and coordination of IT services and projects. The coordinator will be responsible for managing demand reviews, new capability reviews, and stakeholder engagement, as well as collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless delivery of IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Demand Reviews: Work with the FORCE account team to review and understand demands submitted by Space users. Collaborate with the submitting party to identify enterprise options and provide alternatives. Prioritize demands with the appropriate FORCE team(s).
2. New Capability Reviews: Review new capabilities submitted by Space or other Business Areas (BAs) and provide input to the FORCE team. Collaborate with other BA Coordinators or Space representatives to gather input and respond to Confluence page requests.
3. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders, including Space users, to understand their needs and provide updates on FORCE services and projects.
4. Meeting Management: Attend and participate in various meetings, including:
Demand Review meetings
New Capability Review meetings
FORCE Stakeholder meetings
IT Solutions Review Board meetings
CAB weekly meetings
Legacy Products EOL meetings
5. Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including:
FORCE account team
Space users
Other BA Coordinators
IT Ops teams
HPC teams
6. Communication: Ensure effective communication between the Space team and the FORCE team, including:
Providing updates on demand reviews and new capability reviews
Notifying stakeholders of changes or updates to FORCE services
Escalating issues or concerns to the appropriate teams
7. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with the FORCE team to implement changes.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
10+ years experience in IT, preferably in
infrastructure and operations role with customer
service experience.
Knowledge of and experience with IT solutions
and IT resource personnel.
Understanding of and experience with
Infrastructure, including networking, servers and
storage, and End User support
Desired Skills:
Technical experience in HPC, cloud services like AWS, server and storage management, core IT infrastructure services
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with IT service management principles and practices
Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including technical and non-technical teams

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $109,200 - $189,290. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $95,000 - $167,440. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
