The candidate will be experienced in providing outstanding services in support of Technology, proactively leading, monitoring and managing onsite account activities. Effective in managing direct and indirect reports, you will guide individuals to support onsite Technology activities requirements. Authenticity and a genuine desire to deliver professional, value-focused services exceeding Client expectations will drive your success.
This position is expected to spend 50% performing duties for a specific account, and the remaining 50% executing tasks for all of account in WDA Japan as HQ function.
*50% as HQ function means transition support data management especially expects IT sales and implementation support in Sustainability position.
Operational Management
IT Technology:
Lead in set up JLL Technology for account teamLead process utilise Technology, improvement initiatives for the client to useEducate account team and client for efficient way of useEnsure data accuracy and integrity are maintained in the systemTrack and monitor utilization of technologyLeading Maintenance, upgrade for technologySupport to get accurate dataSustainability/Energy
Work with the Sustainability and Energy Platform Team will review and validate utility invoices, energy consumption records, budget and provide reports and recommendations and ensure that all supporting data, information and documents are maintained as set-out in Energy and Utility ManagementSet up for account team to utilize Sustainability/Energy System/TechnologySystem and Control
Address all quality, delivery and performance issues with users and;Analyzing and reporting of help desk activities through the systemBe open about possible risk, and implement measures to tackle allunnecessary risk.
Maintain current knowledge of applicable laws, rules and regulations torecommend revisions to existing practices, as well as maximizing
efficiency, effectiveness, customer satisfaction and statutory compliance
Maintain a high level of knowledge relating to local vendor competenceand competitive marketing conditions as they relate to requirements of
client
Manage QBR with site teamAdministrative

Experience
At least 5 – 8 years of relevant working experience in technologyKnowledge of JLL technology & productsPossess excelent IT skillsProficient in MS Applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPointThe person we need will be:
