IT TRAINEE: 

 

Position based in: Barcelona 

 

We are looking for a part-time student to join the Local IT Support team located in the Barcelona office. In this role, you will support ADP users in an international environment as part of a global team.

 

As part of the team your main tasks will be:

Support in the resolution of incidents and assistance requests from users. Work with the ticketing system. Provide support to new hires. Solving level 1&2 IT problems: user computers, printers, mobile phones, other hardware and basic network troubleshooting. Keep computer systems running and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them. Set up computers with Microsoft Windows and macOS environments. Participate in the setup and equipment deployment. Assist in ensuring that all devices follow ADP security compliance. Meeting room local support. Mainly Cisco devices. Manage stock equipment and other supplies. Create guides and share knowledge with other team members. Diagnose and solve hardware or software faults

We are searching for someone enthusiastic about learning to work in a large company in an international environment. With a good sense of customer service, interpersonal skills, reactivity, and the ability to work independently.

 

Requirements:

Troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office 365. Knowledge of macOS is a plus. Good sense of customer service. English and Spanish speaker.
