What We're Looking For:

We are looking for a versatile and technically skilled IT Support Technician who is not only comfortable working with hardware and networks, but also has coding experience and basic database troubleshooting skills. This role blends traditional IT support with scripting, Linux administration, and MySQL database support—ideal for someone who thrives in a hybrid technical environment.

Required Skills

CompTIA A+ CertificationCompTIA Network+ (N+) CertificationWorking knowledge of Linux (CLI, system configuration, troubleshooting)Electrical troubleshooting skills using a multimeterBasic to intermediate coding experience (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell)Skilled in basic MySQL commands for querying and troubleshooting databasesUnderstanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)Strong troubleshooting and communication skillsValid driver’s license (for field service roles)Preferred Skills (Bonus Points):Experience with IT automation tools or custom scriptingFamiliarity with version control systems like GitUnderstanding of API interactions or tool integrationsExposure to cybersecurity best practicesExperience with help desk ticketing and asset management systems
