Summary: Seeking an IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance by troubleshooting, configuring, testing, and upgrading computer software and hardware.

Requirements:

Assume first-level support of help desk calls Install and configure software and hardware Set up company workstations, laptops, and tablets Maintain hardware/software asset management system Troubleshoot issues and outages with users Upgrade computer systems with new releases and models Develop expertise to train users on new technologies

Preferred Skills:

Audio/visual experience Practical knowledge of desktop support, remote support software Expertise in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, TeamViewer Remote Support, Cylance end-point protection, Epicor ERP

Responsibilities:

Provide technical assistance to users Ensure uptime and performance of computers meet user needs

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
