Job Description
This is a position in the Colos Warehouse and Manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, forward-thinking IT Support Specialist passionate about playing a large role in support for the IT field. Colos is a case labeling tool used in the manufacturing space that is put onto pallets as they come down an assembly line in the warehouse. We need someone to help with the support of their product line.
Responsibilities
Take tickets through servicenow
Troubleshoot as needed
First line of defense for support with vendors, manufacturers and warehouse management team
Assist with on call support as well

Skills and Requirements
Technical & Functional Skills
3-5 years of experience in an IT support role, working in an IT environment
Familiarity with warehouse and manufacturing spaces
Strong understanding of working on tickets out of servicenow
Ability to communicate with vendors, warehouse management, manufacturing and SAP teams both internal and external.
Experience with webservices
Experience working with IP addresses, and end user support
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
