Job Description

This role activities will include:

1st and 2nd level IT support: Evaluate support requests and tickets, solve requests, using standard incident management tools and processes and ensuring peak performanceDeliver varieties of the service without the support of the work instructionSupport for IT Fleet Management processes: Installation, deployment, repair, replacement and return of company PCs and laptops, using standard toolsSupport the provisioning and decommissioning of mobile phones to end-usersEnabling and consulting towards end-users on IT products & servicesUser management tasks utilising internal toolsSupport for IT product and service pilots and rolloutsContribute to projects e.g. mergers and integrations, location/office movesAdherence to relevant guidelines and processesContribute towards team and organisation objectivesProvide infrastructure hands-on support, where necessaryProvision of Local IT Services to the businessBuild trustful partnership with customers, peers and managementCreate solutions involving the use of existing techniques or tools

QualificationsExperience with M365 products, MS Teams, MS Windows beneficialOpen Source Desktop experience i.e. Linux (nice to have)Apple iOS, Macbooks experience (nice to have)Technologically savvy; understand and utilise technology to improve work processesStudying Computer Technology or Information Technology degree. These qualifications offer a more practical hands-on aspects of IT, rather than theoretical.

A valid UK driving license is required for this role.

Additional Information

This is a 12-month internship beginning in July 2026. This position is open to undergraduate students who are required to partake in a work placement as part of their course.

Location: you will be based at the Denham office.

Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to participate in a face-to-face interview by the hiring team and/or an online assessment centre.

You must have the right to live and work in the UK when you start your placement and for the full duration of your placement. Please note your placement must be directly relevant to your course to comply with visa requirements.
