IT Support Specialist

 

Nuclear Care Partners is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Grand Junction, CO! The IT Support Specialist at Nuclear Care Partners plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of technology for the organization. This includes providing technical assistance to employees, troubleshooting equipment and software issues, and offering user training on IT systems and software.

 

Compensation/Benefits: $18-$24/hour

PTO  Medical  Dental  Vision  Employee Assistance Program 401(k) Option

Schedule: Full-Time. Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users, resolving equipment and software issues.

Assist in the deployment and maintenance of IT equipment (PCs, phones, tablets) and track IT assets.

Develop and maintain user documentation, training materials, and assist with user training on IT systems.

Support cloud-based projects, web services, and mobile training platform deployment.

Monitor and ensure compliance with service agreements, federal regulations, and company policies.

Participate in IT system development meetings and contribute to improvements in system performance.

Provide assistance in the creation of forms, instructional booklets, and other departmental needs as directed.

Other duties as assigned

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED required. Associates degree or higher in a related area is preferred.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
