A growing Kforce client in Portage, MI is seeking a permanent-hire IT Support Specialist who will be on-site 5 days per week. Duties Include: * Serves as the primary IT Help Desk/IT Support person handling 1st and 2nd level support in a timely manner * Respond to all IT support calls and emails * Setup and configure new equipment/software for users as needed * Manage the Antivirus Server and Windows Update Server to make sure devices are clean and current * Use remote control software to provide support
