Job DescriptionManage, analyze, resolve, and close infrastructure-related IT tickets within agreed SLA targets, following incident and problem management processes.Provide hands-on support for receiving, installation, replacement, disposal, and inventory management of network devices.Perform labeling and structured cabling operations, cabinet reorganization/renewal, and switch replacement activities.Support fiber cabling installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.Assist in conducting and supporting Wi-Fi surveys and related wireless infrastructure tasks.Participate in new IT roll-out and infrastructure upgrade projects.Ensure network operations comply with company IT standards, security policies, and best practices.Maintain accurate documentation of network assets, cabling, and infrastructure changes.Communicate and coordinate effectively with external service providers and vendors when required.Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to continuous service enhancement initiatives.Support daily IT infrastructure operations to ensure business continuity.

QualificationsUniversity degree in Information Technologies, Electronics, Computer Engineering or related fields (or equivalent technical experience).Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in network support, cabling, and infrastructure services.Practical experience with network devices (switches, access points, routers) installation, replacement, and inventory management.Knowledge of structured cabling standards, labeling, cabinet organization, and fiber cabling support.Experience supporting Wi-Fi surveys and basic wireless infrastructure activities.Intermediate knowledge of network security concepts.Familiarity with ITSM tools and SLA-based incident and problem management processes.Ability to coordinate with external service providers and vendors.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in operational environments.Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset.Proficiency in Turkish; basic working knowledge of English is an advantage.
