IT Support Officer
Responsibilities\n\n

To manage and oversee the IT department’s service operations to ensure efficiency, effectively meeting the needs of both internal and external customers.

\n\n\n

To supervise and manage personnel within the department to maintain the system s' functionality, ensuring timely response to the requirements of internal units and clients.

\n\n\n

To provide advice and assistance to personnel in resolving issues related to the department, organization, or clients upon request.

\n\n\n

To coordinate with various departments to support operational activities and promote high-efficiency work processes across the organization.

\n\n\n

To develop procedures and execute project plans, including defining specifications, designing training programs, and creating user manuals for all relevant units involved with the warehouse database system.

\n\n\n

To monitor and prepare preventative measures to avoid potential issues with information systems within the organization, including supervising staff to follow established procedures.

\n\n\n

To manage and oversee the escalation process for problem reporting within the department to ensure timely resolution and maximum efficiency.

\n\nRequirements\nAt least 0-2 years of experience in computer systems or large-scale warehouse management systems is desirable\nKnowledge in database management and programming\nUnderstanding of computer networks\nGood communication in Thai\nAble to understand in English preferred\n
