Job description:
- First-level corporate IT support provision via a ticketing system for staff working with a base system of Microsoft 365, IFS Enterprise Software (potentially SAP or a competitor in the next years), MS Project, Visio and a combination of Microsoft cloud and local storage servers using a VPN.
- First-level corporate IT support via a ticketing system for technical staff using a variety of technical development tools across hardware and software development, and mechanical design such as PADS, Solidworks, Matlab Simulink Stateflow.
- IT Infrastructure maintenance and enhancement for data security, data redundancy, corporate systems protection, group cyber security, computing and telephony devices, office infrastructure
- Remote and on-site support with potentially shifting work hours
- As a core function in a technical company, participation in periodic projects involving upgrading systems, security infrastructure, or deploying over-arching tools such as a corporate ERP.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, VPNs, and basic server maintenance
- Exposure to enterprise software (IFS/SAP), and tools such as MS Project, Visio
- Familiarity with engineering tools like Solidworks, Matlab, Stateflow is a plus
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of cyber security and data protection principles
- Flexibility to work in shifts and across time zones
