We are currently hiring an IT Support Analyst who will be responsible for providing IT support services and acting as a liaison between our key business partners and service delivery teams. This role involves maintaining overall IT performance within the manufacturing plant, driving continuous improvement, and managing service levels. This individual will work closely with the business to provide functional system solutions as well as manage service levels with IT partners.

What you will bring:
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience.Broad technical IT knowledge and awareness of industry trends.Proven operational excellence skills, including root cause analysis, risk reduction, and change management.Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Teams, and Visio.Proficiency in PC hardware troubleshooting (Dell) and printer desktop/multifunction devices (Xerox, Zebra).Project management and business analysis experience.Familiarity with manufacturing processes and systems (MES, PLM, ERP).
Experience with DELMIA Apriso is preferred but not required.Excellent business partnering and communication skills.
Note: Some travel may be required for this position, approximately less than 10%.

Base Pay Range: $60,000 - $80,000
