**IT Support Analyst:**
As an IT Support Analyst, you’ll play a key role in helping users get the most out of our systems by providing hands-on support and training. You'll troubleshoot technical issues, guide users through solutions, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with people, and making technology easier for everyone.
**Your role:**
+ Provide end-user support and training on specific applications to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
+ Troubleshoot software and infrastructure issues, identifying effective solutions to restore operations.
+ Respond to support requests promptly and professionally, ensuring high user satisfaction.
+ Assist in investigating recurring issues to help improve reliability and prevent future problems.
+ Prepare clear documentation for support processes and user guides to aid in quicker resolution.
+ Shift: 3:36 pm to 10:00 pm (Monday to Friday) and 7:00 am to 3:00 pm (Saturdays)
**You're the right fit if:**
+ You have a High School Diploma, Vocational Education, or certification as an IT Technician or in Computer Maintenance and Repair.
+ You’re skilled in technical troubleshooting, customer service, and using IT support tools.
+ You understand IT best practices and are comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment.
**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
**This is an onsite role.**
