What “IT Support Advisor” contributes to Cardinal Health

Reporting directly to the head of Japan IT, this role will be responsible for supporting the projects and services for Commercial IT and business users in Japan by closely working with local/regional and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Ticket dispatch in ServiceNow (Incident, Defect, Enhancement, Service Task)Extend support to liaise communication between consultants and users on business requirementsVerify planned release tickets and communicate to users for UATDaily monitoring on status of SFTP transfers and Salesflash/Tableau dashboardDataspider health check supportExtend some technical assistance and support to consultants

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience.Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Japanese is a must.Certifications as a GCP or AWS cloud architect a plus.3-5 years’ experience supporting cloud-based applications preferred.Excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to stay focused on

completing tasks and meeting goals within a busy workspace.

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.Proven ability to analyze business requirements and create detailed technical designs.Experience in investigating and resolving production issues.Strong documentation skills and experience with unit testing, UAT, and PAT.Innovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.Experience with ERP solutions specifically in Supply Chain required, SAP or NetSuite experience a plus　Experience in collaborating with multiple vendors, comfortable working in an international environmentExcellent communication and leadership skills.Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, and planning skillsSelf-motivated, and ability to multi-task in enterprise environmentExcellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Japanese

Preferred:

Experience with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD processes.Knowledge on Atlassian tools such as Jira, confluenceAbility to work collaboratively in an international team environment.
