Hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–16:30; Friday 08:00–13:00
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our innovative and growing team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality IT support across the business, working on a broad range of technologies including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune, and core infrastructure services.
This is a varied position where you will provide 1st, 2nd, and occasional 3rd line support, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations and contributing to longer-term improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on support and administration across IT systems and applicationsManage and maintain Active Directory, Azure/Entra ID, and identity and access managementSupport and configure Microsoft 365, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, and related servicesTroubleshoot Windows Server, workstation, and mobile device issuesMaintain network infrastructure including DNS, switches, WiFi, and VPNDeliver excellent customer service, clearly communicating solutions to non-technical usersAssist with patch management, performance monitoring, and scripting (e.g., PowerShell)Help drive improvements in security, processes, and infrastructureAbout You:
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
✅ Solid experience in IT support (1st/2nd line, ideally some 3rd line)
✅ Proficiency with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Intune administration
✅ Good working knowledge of networking fundamentals and infrastructure
✅ Familiarity with Windows Server, Hyper-V, and cloud services (Azure)
✅ Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive approach
✅ Strong communication and documentation abilities
