IT Supply Chain Functional Relationship Manager

With Nestle, you are enabled and encouraged to grow not only as professionals, but also as people. **Position Summary** As an **IT Supply Chain Relationship Manager (FRM)** , you are the principal bridge between our **Business stakeholders** (Supply Chain) and **IT** across the full product & services lifecycle—from roadmap creation through deployment, sustain, and decommission. You simplify collaboration, manage demand where applicable, trigger escalations when needed, and ensure a consistent, value‑creating experience for our receivers. **A Day in the Life** + Partner with functional leaders to **understand objectives, processes, and challenges** , keeping strong, trust‑based relationships on both the **Business** and **IT** sides. + **Attend receiver meetings** as part of their extended team; translate objectives into IT initiatives and **secure the right resources** to deliver integrated value. + **Steer integration and adoption** across products/platforms so that solutions deliver tangible value for end users. + Run **dependency mapping** and **proactive risk assessments** ; coordinate cross‑product reviews and mitigation plans. + **Participate in governance** , support prioritization, and manage **demand** processes (where applicable). + **Prioritize issues and escalations** , provide business insight during P1/P2 incidents, and **coordinate crisis communication** until resolution. + Ensure **Security, Compliance & Risk** standards are built into products and kept up‑to‑date (e.g., privacy, BCP, periodic compliance monitoring). **What You’ll Do** + Lead **Business–IT relationship management** and drive a shared vision between teams. + Link business strategies to **multi‑product roadmaps** and orchestrate delivery with Product Managers. + **Escalate** blockers (e.g., approvals, issues) to keep value flowing. + Champion **secure, compliant** delivery and sustain—for every in‑scope application. **What Will Make You Successful** + **Bachelor’s degree** (Computer Science or related preferred + **7+ years in IT** (e.g., BA/PM) within a **product‑based** organization; global/virtual team experience. + Strong grasp of **system engineering basics** , **information risk & security** , and **architecture standards** . + Experience with **agile and waterfall** methods and **modeling techniques** ; excellent **business complexity** awareness. + Working knowledge of **APIs & integration** , consumer research, and **UI/UX** ; deep understanding of the **IT landscape** in your functional area. + Excellent communication in English; above‑average **organization & prioritization** skills.
